We spent the evening watching a spectacular sky show from both sun and moon.
The rippled cloud formation proved a perfect canvas for the sunset; an aerial spectrum from pink to peach until the normally sky blue sea turned purple. Then it was the moon’s turn, slightly obscured by cloud, but definitely red. We watched the lunar eclipse from our lounge room in the dark with a glass of Pinot Noir. It seemed appropriate.
Then in the morning, the sun was out to greet us again in a brilliant blue clear spring day. I’ve never been so ruled by the sky.
Wow that was one amazing sunset! Beautiful photo.
